Children’s fantasy feature based on characters from the ballet by Tchaikovsky. As Christmas approaches 12-year-old Clara (Janelle Jorde) longs to see her father, who is fighting abroad in the Second World War. When she meets Drosselmeyer (Brian Cox) with his bag of magical gifts, Clara makes a special wish to see her father again. But can a simple wish possibly have the power to bring about the Christmas miracle Clara has been longing for?
