Family comedy fantasy starring Debby Ryan. After longing to turn ‘sweet 16’ since she was a little girl, Abby Jensen (Ryan) gets more than she bargained for when, on her 16th birthday, a mysterious stranger (Anna Mae Routledge) presents her with 16 magical birthday candles capable of granting her every wish. It’s not long before Abby is the most popular girl in town, with a new sports car, the hottest clothes and the coolest friends.
