In the year 2007 a killer virus is formed due to a toxic leak in Eastern Europe. As it heads for America, families of immigrants are placed in quarantine camps by the government. These camps are patrolled by officer Lemieux (Christopher Lambert) and rookie cop Delon (Natasha Henstridge), who discover that a monstrous killer is on the loose, which could threaten the entire population of America.
